Before

A weekly report somebody had to write.

Updates started as a weekly report, written by answering a few questions, which built a page and a draft email. The first one taught a rule that still stands: when the AI drafted the report, it invented a blocker that didn't exist, so a person now confirms every blocker before anything goes out.

The client never has to ask what you've been doing, which is the question that kills goodwill.
