Below is last month's transaction export from my business account. Categorize each transaction using only these categories: [list your categories, or paste your chart of accounts] Return a table with: date, description, amount, category, confidence (high or low). Mark it low confidence if you're guessing, if it could be personal, or if it's a vendor you haven't seen before. Don't change any amounts. After the table, list just the low-confidence ones so I can review them. [paste your transactions here]
Delete account numbers and card numbers from the export before you paste it. Your bookkeeper still signs off on the books.
The version that runs by itself reads each transaction as it posts, files the ones it's sure about, and sends you only the unsure pile. See systems we've built.
We're recording a short video for every page of the guide. Leave your email and we'll send you one short note when there's something new. Unsubscribe anytime.
Every new email gets read and labeled, and the few that need you rise to the top. It never sends a thing. Nick runs this on his own inbox five times a day.
